Process

One shipping intake, routed by shipment type.

SMKlog gives business shippers a simple parcel path when a shipment is label-ready, and a review path when the move is palletized, oversized, international, restricted, or unclear.

Package, lane, mode, cargo profile, and timing decide the workflow.

Parcel estimate

Standard domestic parcel shipments can continue toward live carrier rates, checkout, label creation, tracking, pickup options, and support.

Pallets and LTL

Palletized, crated, oversized, and commercial freight moves are routed to manager review instead of blind checkout. Eligible parcels show live rates and labels; pallets, vehicles, containers, and complex cargo move into specialist review.

International review

International requests pause for customs details, contents, restrictions, and a more complete lane review before payment.

Workflow

How the request moves through SMKlog

  1. 1. Capture Product, package, origin, destination, mode, cargo type, timing, and business fit.
  2. 2. Assess Standard parcels move toward rates. Complex shipments move to review.
  3. 3. Route Label-ready shipments continue to checkout; freight requests receive the next-step path.
  4. 4. Coordinate Status, tracking, support, returns, pickup, and issue handling stay connected to the order.

What SMKlog is designed to solve

  • Less wasted time Shipping requests start with the details needed to compare options properly.
  • Cleaner handoff A parcel label is not treated the same as a freight move or customs review.
  • Higher-signal demand Provider-side opportunities stay separate from the public shipper path.
