The 6am Pacific cutoff is what actually buys same-day processing on Vuori's own page.
Packing takes up to 3-4 business days on its own
Vuori's own help center, read on help.vuoriclothing.com 2026-08-31, states: “As soon as you make a Vuori purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered on time. Standard orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped.”
| Tier | Cutoff | Transit once shipped |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | None stated | 4-5 business days to California; 5-10 business days to the East Coast |
| Express | 6am Pacific for same-day processing | 2-3 business days |
| Expedited | 6am Pacific for same-day processing | 1-2 business days |
Vuori's own page states Express and Expedited are not always available at checkout; when neither shows up as an option, Standard Shipping is what remains. US federal holidays do not count toward any of the three windows.
What the carrier half actually quotes
We ran a folded apparel box — 12 × 9 × 4 in at 2 lb, close to joggers and a performance tee — from Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922 to Atlanta, GA 30303 on 2026-08-31, to see what Vuori's own tier names translate to on an ordinary lane.
| Carrier | Service | Price | Quoted transit |
|---|---|---|---|
| USPS | Ground Advantage | $9.48 | 3-4 business days |
| UPS | Ground | $11.07 | 2-3 business days |
| UPS | Ground Saver | $10.52 | No published window |
| FedEx | Ground Economy | $12.42 | 3-4 business days |
| UPS | 3 Day Select | $16.37 | 2-3 business days |
Add Vuori's own 3-4 business day packing window in front of any of these, and a Standard order to a nearby city can still run close to a week door to door.
What changes the window
Military addresses and PO Boxes
Vuori's own page routes these through USPS ground rather than Express or Expedited, regardless of which tier was selected at checkout.
Missing the 6am cutoff
An Express or Expedited order placed after 6am Pacific, or on a weekend or holiday, does not begin processing until the next business day.
The 75 USD free-shipping line
Vuori's own page ties free Standard shipping to a 75 USD order total before taxes and after discounts, separate from how fast that Standard order actually moves.

Vuori shipping, asked plainly
How long does Vuori take to ship?
Vuori's own help center, read 2026-08-31, states a Standard order can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped, and once it ships, Standard transit runs as little as 4-5 business days to California destinations and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast. Our own quote on 2026-08-31 for a comparable folded apparel box returned UPS Ground at 2-3 business days and USPS Ground Advantage at 3-4 business days.
Does Express or Expedited skip the packing window?
Only if the cutoff is met. Vuori's own help center states Express and Expedited shipments must be placed by 6am Pacific Time to process that same business day; after that cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, the order ships the next business day instead.
How fast are Express and Expedited once they ship?
Vuori's own help center tables Express at 2-3 business days and Expedited at 1-2 business days from the ship date, with US federal holidays excluded from both counts.
Can I get expedited shipping to a PO Box or military address?
No. Vuori's own help center states military addresses and PO Boxes do not fall under expedited shipping and ship with USPS ground instead.
Is there a minimum for free shipping?
Yes, 75 USD. Vuori's own help center states free standard shipping applies on US orders once the total reaches that amount before taxes and after any discounts.
